Details: Ideal for small home offices or students, this low-priced bundle includes both a Bubble Jet color printer and a flatbed scanner. With this pair, you can copy photos or put them on the Internet, print full color Web pages, create custom greeting cards, or add colorful touches to home and school projects. The BJC-2100 printer is designed for ease of use, with ink cartridges that load quickly and an easy-to-connect USB port that’s Mac and PC compatible.

The printer’s 720 x 360 dpi resolution permits quality photos (they’ll look especially good if you print them on photo paper). The speed is good for the price, cranking out five pages per minute in black and white and two pages per minute in color.

Use the D646U flatbed scanner to jazz up letters, reports, and presentations with scanned color photos. It features a Z-lid for easy scans of bulky or bound objects. Impressive 42-bit color depth and 600 x 1,200 dpi resolution produce scans that are almost as sharp as the original.

Bundled with Adobe Acrobat, OmniPagePro9.0, and Photo studio 2000, this Canon bundle provides a complete scanning and printing solution for the budget-minded family. Canon offers a one-year onsite warranty.
